Project Tasks

Volunteers from Ottawa-area genealogical societies are checking inconsistencies among the age, marital status and household position fields, and are inserting single lines of missing data into the file. They have finished checking P.E.I., Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and the West, and are nearly finished the Ontario files. We are also integrating into the 1881 database sections of previously-missing data which were transcribed by LDS members in Utah between February and June, 2001.
